KTET 2024 Application Form, Exam Date, Registration, Syllabus: Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) examination process manages by Office of the Commissioner of Government Examinations twice every year under the guidelines of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Kerala. KTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For Lower Primary Classes

Applicant must completed their Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary or its equivalent with minimum of 45% marks and must have 2 year ‘Trained Teacher Certificate’ (TTC) conducted by board of examination

OR

Applicant must passed their Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary or its equivalent with 45% marks and must have 2 year diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE, regulations 2002

OR

Applicant must passed Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BELEd) with at least 50% marks.

OR

Applicant must completed Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).

For Upper Primary Classes

Applicant must have completed their bachelors degree and should have 2 Year diploma in elementary education or Trained Teacher’s Certificate conducted by board of examination, govt. of Kerala

OR

Applicant must have completed their bachelor’s degree with minimum of 45% marks and one year bachelors in education (B.Ed) in accordance with NCTE regulations

Applicant must done Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4 year bachelor in elementary education (BElEd)

Or

Applicant completed their Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year BA/B.Sc.Ed or BA Ed or B.Sc.Ed.

For High School Classes

Applying candidate must have completed their Bachelor’s degree with 45% of marks and must hold the B.Ed degree in the respective subjects

OR

BA or equivalent with at least 45% marks and those who have passed LTTC are eligible to apply for KTET

All candidates are advices to read all official notification, eligibility criteria before filling the online application form.
