Sikkim TET 2024 Online Application Form, Exam Date, Eligibility, Syllabus: Sikkim Teacher Eligibility Test of STET manages by Sikkim Human Resource Development Department every year. Eligible candidates want to become a teacher in a school located all over the Sikkim state can apply for the Sikkim TET 2024. Authority will conduct a written entrance exam for selecting candidates as a teacher of Primary school or Upper Primary Level School.

There will be two paper of Sikkim TET examination Paper-I & Paper-II; Paper-I for becoming a teacher of Class I to V & paper-II for a teacher of Class VI to VIII. As per their eligibility candidates may apply for any one paper or may apply for both the papers.

Paper-I (Primary Level Teacher)

Applicants who have passed the Senior Secondary (or equivalent) examination with minimum of 50% marks (45% in the case of SC / ST / OBC candidates) and passed or appearing in the final year of the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. (D.El.Ed) / 4-year bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed) / 2-year diploma in education (special education) are eligible to apply

Paper-II (Upper Primary Level Teacher)

Aspirants who have completed their B.A / B.Sc. with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC / ST / OBC candidates) and passed their 2 years diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.ED.) / 1 or 2 Year Bachelors in Education (B. Ed.) are eligible to apply
