Admission to the two year programme of B.Ed degree courses in Govt./A ided/Self-financing training colleges and the university of kerala for the academic year 2024-25 through centralized allotment process as per NCTE regulations 2014. Admission will be granted to the eligible candidates as per the rank list prepared by the university on the basis of index mark. Kerala University B.Ed Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Only Indian citizen are eligible for admission into Kerala University B.Ed course.

Age Criteria: There is no upper age limit for admission to Kerala University B.Ed course.

Academic Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed BA/B.Sc degree examination under 10+2+3 pattern (except B.Ed commerce), 10+2+3+2 pattern for commerce option from the University of Kerala or any other recognized university.

The minimum marks for admission to B.Ed. course is 50% marks for Part III/ 50% aggregate (Parts I+II+III) in Bachelor’s degree (Science/Arts subject) or 50% marks in Master’s degree in the concerned subject.

The ranking of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained for Part III, if the eligibility is degree and percentage of PG for others.

Relaxation in Marks

• Candidates who have passed graduation and post-graduation in optional subjects belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) communities are eligible for admission.
• 5% relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Community (SEBC).
• 5% relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to Other Eligible Communities (OEC).

Registration is mandatory process for every candidate wishing to join Kerala University B.Ed course.

During the registration process candidates needs to generate their application number and password. Registration link will be activated on website after the official release of notification from the university. Candidate have to provide some basic details i.e. Name, Date of birth, gender, Email-Id, PH Number etc. After submitting the details login credential will be sent to the candidate’s email id or ph number.

Kerala University B.Ed Admission 2024-25 Process

Candidates will get their admission on the basis of merit list. Admission will be granted to the eligible candidates as per the rank list prepared by the university on the basis of index mark. Candidate can check their allotment list (merit list) on the official website of the university. Allotted candidates will have to submit the university fee as per the procedure mentioned. Candidates have to follow University notification regarding the date of admission in the concerned college.

Candidate secure their name in merit list have to report at the allotted colleges with the required documents for completing the admission process. Document verification will also be done at the time of final admission.
