JEE Advanced 2020 Exam Date, Application Form, Admit Card: JEE Advanced 2020 will be held on August 23, 2020, as announced by the MHRD Minister on May 7, 2020.

It is a national level entrance exam conducted by the IIT on a rotational basis every year. This year, it will be operated by IIT, Delhi.

Admission will be granted for the examination of qualified candidates in engineering or architecture courses at top institutes of IITs, CFTIs, NITs, etc.

The exam will be conducted in five countries and USA has been added to this list. Paper 1 will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper 2 will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Candidates can submit their JEE Advanced 2020 applications form through online mode at official website jeeadv.ac.in. JEE advanced 2020 application fee is to be paid in online mode only. Applicants must rank within the top 2,50,000 in JEE Main 2020 to meet the minimum eligibility criteria of the exam. Last year, the top 2,40,000 JEE Main Qualifiers qualified for the JEE Advanced. Candidates will have to enter all the details carefully as there will be no application form correction facility for JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced 2020 Application Form How to Apply

First candidates have to visit the official website of JEE Advanced 2020.

Candidate needs to enter the JEE Main 2020 roll number and password.

Choose a new password.

You will be sent to a new page with personal and educational details.

Provide basic data such as the language of question paper (English or Hindi), city for examination etc.

Provide 6 favorite cities / cities where you want to take the exam.

Now candidates have to upload there scanned images of latest photograph and signature in JPEG format.

Pay the application fee and take a print out of the duly filled application for further use

JEE Advanced 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: All Indian nationals (including OCI / PIO) and foreign national candidates will be eligible to apply for JEE Advanced 2020

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed their 10 + 2 or equivalent examination in 2019 or 2020 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Percentage: Candidates must scored 75% marks (65% for SC / ST / PWD category) in their 12th or equivalent examination.

Age Limit: Candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1995. SC, ST and PWD candidates will be given 5 years relaxation.

Number of attempts: Candidates will be able to apply for JEE Advanced only twice in two consecutive years.

Mandatory: To apply JEE Advanced 2020 it will be mandatory to appear in JEE Main 2020.

Performance: The candidates have to fall under the top 250,000 qualified candidates in BE / B.TEch paper of JEE Main 2020 (including other categories).
