UKPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Applying candidate should be an Indian Citizen.

Age Criteria: The Minimum age of the applicant should be 22 Years and should not exceed 35 Years. (Age as on 1 January 2023)

Some age relaxation will be given to the reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

Essential Education Qualification:

A graduate of a University established by law in Uttarakhand or recognized by the Governor for this purpose or other University in India.

Must have thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script

Basic knowledge of computer operation.

UKPSC Civil Judge Recruitment: Procedure to Fill Application Form: How to Apply

After going through the details notification interested and eligible candidates can apply for recruitment via online mode from authority official website i.e. www.psc.uk.gov.in or www.ukpsc.net.in

Candidates are suggested to cross verify all eligibility norms before applying online and read all the official notification carefully.

Through www.psc.uk.gov.in or www.ukpsc.net.in official website candidates needs to complete their registration first by clicking on registration menu.

For their registration candidates needs to enter their general details, PH number, email id etc.

After successful registration, candidates will get SMS or Email on their given mobile number & email Id.

Now Candidates needs to login with the same credentials got in SMS and can change or create their own login credentials.

After completing their registration step now candidates have to enter their qualification details/Marks etc. The details should be correct.

Now Candidates needs to upload their recent passport size photograph, signature etc. as prescribe format.

At last after verifying all filled details candidates will be ask to pay their application fee online.

Pay the Application fee as applicable before the end date which is payable through Net Banking/debit Card/ Credit Card/UPI etc. and submit the application form.

UKPSC Civil Judge Exam Syllabus:

For Preliminary Written Entrance (Screening) Examination:

The Preliminary Written Entrance Examination Paper will be divided into two parts.

Part-I will Contains 50 Marks and Part-II will contain 150 Marks. There will be objective Type Questions paper in examination which will cover following topics

Part-I:General Knowledge: Current Affairs (India & World) mainly in the legal spheres. International Law, neutrality, Law and development and legal aspects, recent legislation pronounced particularly Indian Constitution.  

Part-II: Acts and Laws- Transfer of properties Act., Principle of Hindu Laws and Principle of Muslim Laws, Evidence Act, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Panel Code, Civil Procedure Code.
