National Aptitude Test in Architecture or NATA is a national level examination for students seeking admission in bachelor’s programme of Architecture across the nation. The examination will be conducted twice in a year, in April 2024 and July 2024. NATA 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should have passed for appearing in 10 + 2 or Intermediate or Senior Secondary School examination or equivalent from a state or central Board or University or National open School or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as scoring subjects.
• Candidates should have scored aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum off 50% marks in 10 + 2 or Intermediate or Senior Secondary School examination or 10 + 3 diploma course with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as main subject.
• There is no age limit for appearing in NATA.

NATA 2024 Application Form

• Online application form will be available from third week of January for both the sessions and students can apply for one or both of the sessions.
• Candidate need to visit on official website of NATA and register there with the help of details like date of birth mobile number and email ID.
• After successful registration students need to upload personal and educational details, digital signature, photograph and thumb impression in prescribed format.
• Next step is the submission of application fee. Application fee is different for single and both the sessions. Application feecan be paid Debit Card, Credit card or net banking
• General category students have to pay Rs.1800 for single session and Rs.3500 for both sessions.SC/ST students have to pay Rs.1500. for single session and Rs.2800 for both the sessions.Application fee for Foreign nationals and Kashmiri migrants is Rs.3050.
• Candidates are advised to download and save the application form for future reference.
• The form can be corrected once after successful submission within the stipulated time.

NATA 2024 Exam Pattern

• The examination will be done in online and offline mode both.
• Time duration is 180 minutes with total of two parts – Part A and Part B.
• Part A consists of two sections – Mathematics with total of 20 questions and General Aptitude with total of 40 questions.The questions are multiple type questions with two marks each.Time duration provided to complete questions of Part Ais 60 minutes.
• Part B is of drawing section and is subjective type. Two questions will be asked with 40 marks each, and needs to be completed in 120 minutes. The aim of this section is to analyse sketching ability of candidate accurately and beautifully.
• There is no provision of negative marking.

NATA 2024 Admit card

Concerned authority issues admit card on official website of NATA tentatively in April and June 2024. The candidates need to download the admit card from the website by entering their login ID and password provided at the time of registration. Admit card includes personal details of candidates along with examination details like date and venue of examination. Students are advised to check the details mentioned on admit card for the authenticity and inform the council in case of any discrepancy, for changes to be done. Students are advised to bring their ID card along with admit card at the examination centre. should be noted that admit card and ID card are mandatory to enter into the examination hall.

NATA 2024 Result

Result will be declared on 4th working day after the examination. the result will be declared on official website in students can download the results from there. Council will upload the response sheet for part A after declaration of result. Response sheet of part B will not be uploaded. Candidates are advised to download the result for the admission. Minimum of 25% marks in both the parts are compulsory for qualification.

The result will be valid for one year only, and counselling process will be conducted by respective colleges, not the council. Candidate have to apply separately for the colleges in which they want admission. The candidates are advised to bring all the documents at the time of counselling. The candidates will be eligible for admission after successful counselling and verification of document.
